    I don't normally do online reviews, however I feel completely compelled to share my own personal experiences with this firm of opticians (INDIVIDUAL EYE'S, INDEPENDENT OPTICIANS IN WORTHING ).
    Most of my dealings were over the phone with a lady called Sarah, she was brilliant, extremely helpful & very knowledgeable.
    My new glasses arrived on Saturday 17th June 2017, and they are amazing ( I can see again ). This firm dealt with me, & treated me like a proper human being, and there customer service was friendly & outstanding, this I find is hard to come by in this modern world.
    I just wish they had more stores & where local.
    I gladly recommend these opticians. very, very happy to use them again in the future.
